TO ENSURE A SMOOTH TRANSITION STONEX IS EXTENDING THE DATE FOR MIGRATION TO THE NEW STATEMENT PORTAL

IN THE MEANTIME, TO AVOID ANY ISSUES, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN LOG INTO THE STONEX PORTAL USING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND CURRENT PASSWORD

On December 3rd, all DeCarley clients utilizing STONEX as the clearing partner (which is almost all of you) will **migrate to the MyStonex portal** from the Gain portal for access to statements, password resets, etc. 

The trading platforms will remain the same, you are not migrating to a different platform just a different source of daily/monthly statements. In addition to the ability to pull statements from the MyStonex portal, statements will continue to be accessible via the Zaner360 trading platform as they always have been. 

Upon transfer on December 3rd, you will log into all trading platforms and the MyStonex portal with your email address and current password. The existing usernames will NO LONGER WORK to log into platforms or portals. The Gain portal will no longer be accessible.  

To ensure there are no hiccups or surprises, please make sure you can log into the MyStonex portal using the link below with your email address (the address that you have been receiving notifications from Stonex with) and your current password.

If you are unable to log into the portal linked above, please click the "Forgot Password" text on the login screen of the MyStonex portal and follow the instructions.
