DOJ's Dhillon on Election Security, Working With Trump

Assistant US Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon says the Department of Justice is part of the executive branch and reports to the president. She says it's "ludicrous" to think the DOJ should be independent. She also says the DOJ will be deploying 1,000 monitors to make sure the midterm elections are secure. She speaks on "Balance of Power."
