Russell 2000 futures set new all-time high. 10/8/25

December Russell 2000 futures reached a fourth consecutive all-time high. Historically, small-caps have outperformed large-caps, though recently the Nasdaq has surged past the Russell. The markets have five Fed rate cuts priced in through April 2027, which could support the Russell's performance.
